Return Policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order.
Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping, handling charges and any related costs associated for any returns.
Please include a copy of your packing list as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return. Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of you return, you will be advised by email when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments so if, for example, you paid by Mastercard you will receive a refund on your Mastercard.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please accept our apologies. We check all items before shipping for quality.
we ask that you kindly post it back to us with the reason for your return clearly noted so that we can assess the problem. If an item is faulty, we will send you a replacement if the relevant style is in stock and if not we will arrange a refund, please include a copy of your receipt.

NOTE: Items must be washed as per the instructions provided on the care label. Products washed incorrectly will not be considered faulty.
